  • Community relations. Initiatives that improve the quality of life for those in need, promote Rochester's vibrant arts scene, confront social injustice or prevent the escalation of a problem are the projects closest to Randi Minetor's heart. Her award-winning media campaign to prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome, created in her work for Monroe County (NY), is one of dozens of programs for which Minetor & Company has provided expertise, creative thrust, deliverable materials or public relations guidance. Today, she counts the internationally acclaimed Garth Fagan Dance company among her non-profit clients.
     
  • Commercial printing and publishing. For more than twenty years, Minetor management has created and produced publications about prepress, digital and offset commercial printing, flexographic package printing and all other aspects of printing technology. Our clients have included Eastman Kodak Company's Printing and Publishing Imaging Division and Pitman Company, the nation's leading distributor of graphic arts products to the commercial printing, publishing and newspaper industries. Currently, Randi Minetor writes for Kodak Graphic Communications Group and Sun Chemical through her relationship with Eric Mower & Associates.
     
  • Theatre technology. With background and experience as a stage manager and theatre technician, Minetor management played a key role as copywriter and media relations specialist from 2003 to 2006 in the launch of and publicity campaign for the VortekŪ automated rigging system. With the sale of Vortek to Daktronics, Minetor & Company became the trade public relations agency for J.R. Clancy, Inc., the industry's leading rigging design, manufacturing and installation company. Minetor combines an innate understanding of the industry with strong relationships with editors and publishers of the publications and websites that serve the technical theatre trade.
     
  • Environment. Minetor & Company is the public relations agency for Environmental Credit Corporation, a leading supplier of high quality environmental credits to emerging global financial markets, in part through agricultural and landfill methane capture. In addition, Randi Minetor writes on environmental issues in the printing and industrial sectors. She is a board member with the Genesee Land Trust and a leading writer about America's national parks.

Randi's current clients include Garth Fagan Dance and the Landmark Society of Western New York. Her long history in the local arts scene includes years as the marketing director for Geva Theatre, copywriting for the Eastman School of Music, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra and the Memorial Art Gallery, and four years as public relations direction (and two as executive director) of the High Falls Film Festival.
